International and Finance
We group together a number of specialist areas which, together, ensure that Ladbrokes is run efficiently and to budget, at the same time as exploring ways to grow a profitable business. By grouping Finance, Corporate Development and Strategy we ensure that there is just one set of data and one strategy for the entire company.
We have one Ladbrokes Finance team that is responsible for putting appropriate funding in place to deliver the company’s strategy. The team uses a range measures, forecasts and benchmarks to provide the business with timely and action-oriented insights, to ensure we realise our plans.
This group also includes teams that are responsible for best in class procurement on Ladbrokes’ terms, the delivery of highly effective Investor Relations, exploring any appropriate Merger & Acquisition activity and undertake long-term strategic planning.
